What to Expect in Your Initial Nutrition Coaching Session
Your first nutrition coaching session is all about setting the foundation for your personalized wellness journey. During this 60-minute session, you will work with a certified nutrition coach to discuss your health goals, lifestyle, eating habits, and challenges. Your coach will then develop a tailored plan designed to help you make sustainable, long-term improvements to your diet and overall health.

NO-SHOW POLICY:
If you are 10 minutes late to an appointment or do not show, you will be considered a “no-show.”
Your first late or no-show will result in a warning and reference to the no-show policy. The first missed or no-show appointment can be rescheduled free of charge.
Any late or no-show after the first warning will result in the deduction of that visit from the total package. For example, if you missed two appointments in your 3-month package, you will only have a total of 5 visits (rather than 6).
