Includes 1, 45-minute follow up nutrition coaching session. Designed for previous clients seen in the past year. If it has been over a year since our last session, you will need to purchase an initial session.

NO-SHOW POLICY:
If you are 10 minutes late to an appointment or do not show, you will be considered a “no-show.”
Your first late or no-show will result in a warning and reference to the no-show policy. The first missed or no-show appointment can be rescheduled free of charge.
Any late or no-show after the first warning will result in the deduction of that visit from the total package. For example, if you missed two appointments in your 3-month package, you will only have a total of 5 visits (rather than 6).
