Carolina Szlufman is a dedicated Registered Dietitian who was born in Argentina and raised in Miami. After completing her Dietetics degree at the University of Florida and her dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, she found her passion for critical care nutrition through a fellowship in the Medical ICU. Now, Carolina is enthusiastic about making nutrition education accessible and realistic for everyone, aiming to empower individuals on their journey to better health. Her multicultural background and diverse experiences shape her approach as she fosters healthy and sustainable relationships with food. Carolina has extensive knowledge and experience with the following conditions: Weight Management, Intuitive Eating, Relationship to Food, Diabetes, Kidney Health, Bariatric Surgery and Digestive Disorders. Carolina is fluent in English and Spanish.
